200 Hour Teacher Training

If you have a consistent personal practice, a desire to share your love of yoga and a need to be of service to others, the path of becoming a yoga teacher might be for you. Claire Missingham’s unique, intimate teacher training course will give you the individual attention you need to excel and truly define your creative voice within this dynamic and evolving tradition. Participants in this in-depth period of study will gain the skills to confidently teach others in a harmonious way that honours self-worth and self-care as a teacher, and helps you to realise your most courageous, compassionate, loving, and wise self.

Pre–Requisites for the 200 hour Teacher Training

  • At least two years of consistent Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice.
  • A passionate desire to deepen your study of yoga under the guidance of one main teacher, enhanced by the expertise of specialist visiting teachers.

About Claire Missingham

Claire Missingham was the first RYS in England specifically training teachers in the Vinyasa Flow Yoga method as part of the Krishnamacharya lineage. Since 2009, Claire has trained and mentored 100 graduated RYT 200 teachers from Europe, and the training has become well-known as a rigorous, highly inspiring, life-changing and extremely motivating experience.
