Claire Missingham has been offering authentic Sadhana (spiritual practice) worldwide for the past 18 years, always facilitating a creative space for students to engage in a playful and joyful exploration of both physical, intellectual and spiritual practice. Expect to laugh, sweat, be inspired and challenged in equal measure.

All practices led by with Claire encompasses all of the practices you need to live life to your highest potential. You’ll explore yoga asana, meditation and mindfulness, affirmations, chakra work and kriyas, music and creativity, food & cooking as a spiritual and healing practice… We dive as deep in our journals as we do on the mat and find connection in community.
